Payment Options
Please read these carefully as any fees charged to you for processing credit and debit cards will NOT be refunded by Vivid
Property Management, as they are paid to a 3rd party vendor.
- Vivid PM provides you with a variety of options to pay your monthly rent.
- Save the cost of purchasing money orders, cashier's checks, postage expenses and/or check stock expenses.
- Electronic payment options are the preferred method of payment offering you options for setting up automatic eCheck payments or having the freedom to sign on each month and make your payment. Simply access your tenant portal by accessing our website, clicking on tenant and tenant portal.
There are multiple payment options:
E-Check payments via ACH drafts from your checking account(s)
- FREE
- With this payment option, you can select any amount you desire to pay, and have it deducted from your checking account(s).
- Payments will credit on the date processed and deduct from your checking account generally within 1-3 business days.
Cash Payments
- Payments accepted at any CVS or 7-Eleven convenience store with $3.99 processing fee paid to the store.
- Payment slips to process the payment are available on your portal access and you must take the payment slip with you to the store for scanning of the barcode.
- Obtain a payment slip by going to rentvivid.com, clicking on tenant, tenant portal
Credit/Debit Card Payments

AppFolio services will permit you to pay your outstanding balances via credit or debit cards with a FEE. This fee is not charged by Vivid Property Management, and therefore we do not have an option to waive or refund the fee.
